Here’s a peek behind the screen!


7:30 AM – Morning Routine


Caffeine in hand, I check my emails, and messages from clients. Prioritising tasks is key—today’s to-do list includes email management, scheduling bookings, managing customers, CRM check in and preparing for some research.


9:00 AM – Calendar & Inbox Management


I organise my client’s calendar, confirm appointments, check the inbox, reply to customers (book in any service requests), invoice and send gentle reminders. Keeping everyone on track is my superpower!


10:30 AM – CRM Review


Time to see where we’re at! Complete any follow up calls with customers, update the status and create a task for the next follow up. Keeping in touch with customers in the pipeline builds trust with your brand.


12:00 PM – Lunch Break


A quick bite and a stretch. Even virtual assistants need to recharge!


1:00 PM – Research & Reports


I dive into some market research, compiling insights into a neat deck report. Whether it’s finding the best tools or the latest trends, I’m always learning.


3:00 PM – Inbox Zero


Second check on the inbox of the day - sorting, replying, and flagging important emails. Organisation is everything!


4:30 PM – Wrapping Up


I review the day’s accomplishments, update my clients, and prep tomorrow’s agenda. A final check to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.


5:00 PM – Sign Off


Laptop closed, I reflect on another productive day helping businesses run smoothly from behind the scenes.


That’s 7 productive hours the business owner got back today, everyone’s happy!
